Sequoia Landing is a 2.39 acre, 40-unit, work-force housing development owned by the Housing Authority of Thurston County.
Our approach to creating a sustainable and attractive project was to develop the storm water swale, which would run through the central parking median, into a focal point complete with rain garden plaza. Native plantings combined with naturalized flowering trees and shrubs, and a generous “tree preservation open space” provide a family-friendly environment for residents.
