Meetinghouse Apartments is a market rate apartment complex. Meetinghouse Apartments is located in the Sellwood – Moreland district of Portland. The 233-unit complex features a second-level podium deck with poured-in-place planters. The podium deck design was inspired by the building’s diagonal bump-outs on the 3rd-5th floor. The podium deck also features custom furniture and seating elements, fire tables, a see-through fireplace, BBQs, a custom water wall, and an outdoor ping pong table. The apartment complex also has a 3rd-floor community terrace with planted pots creating separation between seating areas.
