Kelli Barker serves as a landscape designer with MEPpc. She will be involved on a project by project basis providing the production of the project documents, daily communication with the project teams, and code research and compliance.  She has an extensive background in plant maintenance and installation, and is knowledgeable of plants native to the Pacific North West. Her experience extends to rain garden, irrigation, and residential landscape design. Kelli gives attention to human scale details that people can experience from the ground up.
