The Meadows offers 30 apartments of affordable housing on 2.7 acres for VHA and Second Step in Vancouver, Washington. It features a Community Room with a BBQ picnic area and a playground designed for children of all ages and abilities right outside. Other amenities include a community garden and mini-park with a meandering path. Native plantings have been used throughout the community. Also, sustainable practices include a weather-sensing irrigation system, a stormwater facility, native plantings, and community-based food production. This project was developed to the evergreen development standards.
