Gladstone Square Apartments is a 48-unit affordable housing renovation project for Home Forward on 1.8 acres in SE Portland. The primary occupants of this apartment complex are large families with many of the units being 3-4 bedrooms. Gladstone apartments feature a new courtyard that has a playground to accommodate all ages and a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table seating. The courtyard was designed with a series of seat walls allowing parents to watch their children play from the comfort of the edge of the playground or while eating at the raised patio picnic area.
