158TH and Jay Apartments – Beaverton, OR

158th and Jay Apartments is a 194-unit apartment complex located at 158th and Jay street in Beaverton, OR which overlooks the Nike campus. It is a market-rate housing project that is currently getting funding. The apartment complex features a large courtyard on the 3rd floor. This courtyard has stormwater planters capturing all of the roof’s rainwater and filtering it before it enters the storm system. It uses poured in place planters to define spaces. The courtyard also features a custom shade structure, ping pong table, corn hole, BBQ, custom seating along with movable furniture, and an oversized chess board making it an active environment for the residents.
